People you might talk to on the Co-Created team, and people you might see us talking about.
Katy fell in love with great food through several summers in Sweden, which opened her eyes to the joys of simple, fresh food. Passionate about businesses that have a positive impact on society, she also set up Beyond Profit (a little project that interviews Founders that do good) with Matt.
Becky loves nothing more than hosting her friends around her table and bringing people together for a good old natter. She's got a thing for events, experiences, food and memory, so it was a no brainier to ask her to design our pop-up stand. You'll find her out and about building relationships with London's coffee shops & delis.
Lara is a fond cook and a passionate foodie. She loves hosting dinner parties and seeking out all types of weird and wonderful foods and food experiences. A great believer in making the changes you want to see in society, and with an attention to detail that comes from a background in law, Lara helps out on the operations side of things.
Alex is a food lover and politics nerd. He’s fascinated about finding ways for businesses to bring about positive change in new and innovative ways. In the kitchen, he’s passionate about learning new cuisines and cooking techniques.
Kim is no stranger to the idea of encouraging people to exchange stories. Having spent some time volunteering in Greece in early 2017, using cooking to create connections between cultures and people, Kim's the girl you'll speak to about your recipe and story before it goes to launch. She's also running Dear Friend, a project that aims to open up dialogues and create tangible connections between displaced and non-displaced people across the world, through the reading and writing of hand-written letters.
Matt loves supporting big ideas that do good, especially ones which show that being compassionate towards yourself, others and the environment doesn’t have to be a sacrifice. You’ll find him on our social media accounts or blogging at Beyond Profit looking for people who feel the same.
You might've noticed, we're pretty proud of our aprons. Handmade by siblings Lorcan and Sarah using 100% Irish Linen, we love everything Enrich & Endure stand for (quality materials, local craftsmanship, and simple, elegant design).
We've been fans of Alex's maps for a long time, and are cherishing the map he made for us. Featuring a city of people coming together over food, it shines a subtle light on the diversity of our upcoming range.
Whilst food photography isn’t his trade, our dear friend Quin tackled our brief for 'natural, imperfect’ shots of our perfect cakes head on. We’re very grateful to him for helping us create our style!
